Delete Your ClothsVilla Account and Data

You can request deletion of your ClothsVilla customer account and eligible personal data at any time.

How to submit a request

1. Email clothsvilla@gmail.com from the email address linked to your ClothsVilla account.
2. Use the subject ClothsVilla account deletion request.
3. Include your full name and the email address or mobile number associated with the account. Do not send passwords, card details, OTPs or identity documents unless our support team specifically requests a safe verification method.

You can also open the ClothsVilla Android app and go to More → Request account deletion to return to this page.

What happens next

We will verify that the request comes from the account owner. After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible profile and account data. We will also ask relevant service providers to process the request where applicable.

Data that may be retained

Some order, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and customer-support records may be retained when required by law, needed to complete an active order or refund, or necessary to establish or defend legal claims. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.

Delete only selected data

If you want to keep your account but remove optional profile or marketing information, describe that in your email and we will review the narrower request.
