COLOR AND WASH CARE

General:

Please keep in mind that there may be slight variations in the color of the item you receive as compared to the product picture on the website. While the actual color depends on fabric dyes and the weather, the colors seen on the monitor will change according to the light, camera and settings. Hence, the slight difference.

Embroidery:

Embroidery, Patch work and Thread work may have slight irregularities. It adds to the unique charm of this exquisite piece. Turn the garment inside out before washing to avoid abrasion.

Woven:

Missing yarn, slubs and uneven yarn contrasts are general phenomenon in woven products, this is natural outcome and inherent characteristics of weaving procedure which makes it style peculiar.

Hand Prints:

Hand Printed articles have their own minor imperfections, and that's what sets them apart and makes them unique. The traditional dyeing and printing process may result in slight color bleeding at the first wash. Since these are not machine printed, there is a certain rawness in the designs that add to the beauty of your ordered outfit.

Design may have slight variation.

Beads & Sequins:

While our crafts persons and tailors create every attire with the utmost diligence, the ones with beads and sequins are always the most daunting. Beads and sequins have a tendency to fall off the fabric, even with the best of handling. Losing a few beads or sequins does not affect the overall look of the attire, and cannot be noticed even under scrutiny. So don't worry and shine away!

SHIPPING POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)

We offer free shipping on all Prepaid orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India on orders below Rs 10,000/-. With an Extra Charge of Rs. 200.

It usually takes 3-5 working days to dispatch your product. Customized orders can take an additional 3-5 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email and SMS.

Pre-order items may take 15-25 days for delivery as they are made on order.

RETURN POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)

We have a generous 2 day no-questions-asked return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will take it back.

Please initiate returns via our Whatsapp Number / Email within 2 days (48 hours) from the date of receiving the product. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium.

The customer will be responsible for shipping the product to our warehouse. We will not arrange for a courier to pick up the merchandise from your home. customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Refund will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases. The store credit will have validity of 1 year.

Store credit will be issued for the full product price paid by the customer. Cash on Delivery (COD)charges are non-refundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat for processing store credit.

Apart from conditions reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or exchange viz:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product or is not in the original condition

If the product is customized for you (e.g. -lehenga with custom stitching or sarees with fall edging, stitched blouses, etc.)

Lehengas that are made to order (labelled as pre-order) are not eligible for return / exchange either. This is because these products are uniquely produced on demand.

100% Pure Silk Sarees Dupattas are not eligible for return. These are unique handwoven pieces that are produced on demand.

Multiple returns from the same customer are also not accepted within a short time frame. E.g. - customers that order 3+ products within a month, only up to 30% of the total order value can be returned or exchanged. This clause is designed to prevent non-serious customers from trying out multiple products and abusing our generous return policy.

Orders placed using store credit (either part or in full) are not eligible for return or exchange.

Custom and Import duty (for EU countries) is the responsibility of the customer.

It takes 15-20 working days for us to process and dispatch international orders. Please allow an extra 5-7 working days for custom stitching orders.

How soon will I get my Store Credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your item is inspected and approved, we will send your credit note (credit notes are issued on your registered email address). Please note, Clothsvilla reserves the final right to refuse or accept a return or exchange. All disputes are subject to Surat Jurisdiction only

How to use the Store Credit?

Once you receive the credit note code from us, you can apply it on our website at the checkout page, after the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the ‘COUPON CODE’ section and click on ‘APPLY’. You will see the discount code will immediately be reflected and the amount will be deducted in total as per your given discount amount. Please note that the full amount of store credit is to be used at once. If there are any issues in using the credit note code, please contact our customer care team and they will be of assistance.

What about lost shipments?

Please note that Clothsvilla is not responsible for shipments lost on transit. We use top tier shipping companies including FedEx, Delhivery and BlueDart to ensure reliable and fast deliveries worldwide.
